Project Description
G&A provided civil engineering and surveying services for this 261-unit apartment community in Irving. The survey services included a topographic and tree survey, a boundary survey, a preliminary/final plat, a HUD surveyor’s report, and an off-site easement for construction access. The engineering services included a paving and grading plan, a drainage area map and storm sewer plan, storm sewer profiles, an erosion control plan, a water and wastewater plan, and a submittal to FEMA for a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR).
