Project Description
G&A was retained to perform hydraulic modeling and to prepare grading plans for a proposed Walmart development tract in the Rowlett Creek floodplain. The tract is located at the northwest corner of Duck Creek Drive and I.H. 30 in Mesquite. The Rowlett Creek HEC-RAS model was updated with the grading improvements, which reclaimed sufficient floodplain for the development. G&A solicited bids from grading contractors, coordinated the grading work, and prepared a LOMR, which was approved by FEMA.
