Project Description
This 0.4-mile long project involves the replacement of a four lane divided road in poor condition and the expansion of a Fire Training Facility parking lot. As part of the City’s Low Impact Development initiative, runoff from Lookout Drive is directed into median swales where it passes through filtration beds before entering the storm sewer system. G&A also prepared plans for an access drive to a City facility north of Lookout Drive and for an off-site storm sewer that was installed by a developer.
