Project Description
This project consisted of a 392-acre single family estate lot development in the cities of Cedar Hill and Grand Prairie. G&A provided zoning, land planning, civil engineering, and surveying services for 412 lots, which were developed in phases. Mr. Grantham represented the client at public hearings. The surveying services included topographic surveying, platting, and survey control for construction. The engineering design included paving, drainage, and utility improvements.
